Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy. Hypnosis (trance) is a state of deep relaxation and focused attention. In this state, a person is more open to perceiving the suggestions given to him or her and even accessing his or her subconscious. The individual is still aware of the content of the information shared, but the storage of the information is more intense.

It can be compared to watching a suspenseful movie, for example, where you stop perceiving your surroundings and focus only on the plot.

Hypnotherapy is used to address many issues including anxiety, depression, phobias, addictions and pain. It can also help individuals improve self-confidence, increase creativity.

One of the benefits of hypnotherapy is that it is a safe and non-invasive form of therapy. It can be used in combination with other forms of treatment.
