I said to myself “Enough!” and decided to start working on herself. I began to delve deeper into psychology, personal development and various therapeutic approaches.
My goal is to share my knowledge, experience and simple techniques with people who are going through similar challenges. I understand how important it is to find a balance between work and personal life, to find motivation and ways to manage stress, pressure, inner fears and other limiting factors.
With my personal story and experience in the corporate world, I bring a unique perspective to this practice. I use NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and hypnotherapy techniques, to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve greater life satisfaction.
